1. This equipment is suitable for making vibration and reinforced concrete products, which can be customized, designed and manufactured with interchangeable moulds according to customers' needs and requirements.
2. The equipment ls easy to use, reliable performance and large production capacity. The equipment adopts high frequency vibration technology. This is a particularly elective way of forming the concrete by means of a vibrator applied directly to the mould; the concrete is uniformly compacted and has a very high mechanical strength. After the concrete has been vibrated, the machine turns the mould over by 1B0 to release the concrete.
3. The machine maintains a continuous production cycle, with only one operator controlling the machine and one operator loading the forklift trucks with concrete. This process significantly reduces laboure costs.
